Responsibility
- ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, including engaging with customers
- work closely with me to create unique and innovative events/drinks that are both profitable and attractive to customers
- assist with staff scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to provide excellent customer service
- foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth
- ensure that all bar equipment and supplies are properly maintained
- assist me in managing the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- train and develop bar staff on my behalf this includes all aspects of cocktail preparation and customer service, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar area
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a cocktail bar or similar environment
- in-depth knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology, including classic and modern cocktails
- strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
