Responsibility

  • zest Lounge & Bar is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a full-time General Manager
  • this position is responsible for the overall function of the bar and the daily operations of the establishment
  • the ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service

Requirements

  • must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills is a must
  • must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • must have a working knowledge of Cocktail Making and Bartending
  • must have experience working in a supervisory/managerial bar position
  • must be able to work well with others and garner respect from your staff
  • A knowledge of organising rota's, stock-taking and ordering all stock required is desirable but training will be provided
  • supervising experience: 1 year
