  • you will ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are kept clean and hygienic at all times, in line with Company guidelines

Requirements

  • washing of dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots etc, both manually and by using machinery
  • ensure that all equipment and machinery are operated in a safe and professional manner at all times, promptly reporting maintenance required
  • ensure floors are mopped/cleaned/dried at regular intervals throughout the day
  • ensure that the bin and outside/delivery area are clean, clear and organised
  • complete daily / weekly / monthly cleaning tasks
