  • bar Iberico is a multi award winning Independent restaurant. Having won Best Restaurant in both the local and Nottinghamshire food and drink awards we are now looking for a Duty Manager
  • oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and reporting
  • handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control
