Responsibility

  • office Manager
  • assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • organize and maintain office filing systems
  • assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • coordinate travel arrangements for staff members

Requirements

  • proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
