Responsibility

  • prepare both hot and cold Japanese dishes
  • prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi, following our popular recipes
  • prepare appetisers and salads
  • recommend new, Japanese modern recipes and dishes
  • select the necessary ingredients to make high-quality dishes
  • manage food prep activities, including filleting the fish and preparing the rice
  • coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper understanding of the dishes, considering special requests and food allergies
  • ensure minimum kitchen wastage

Requirements
