  • working with Contando to producing reports for internal management purposes and external funders
  • responding to phone calls, emails and requests for information, responding, or passing these on to staff or volunteers where appropriate
  • to collaborate with Marketing and Events Manager to create a regular email newsletter
  • ordering and storing office supplies
  • working with other staff to ensure the offices are kept clean and accessible
  • dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • to work within the bounds of BOST policies, including Health and Safety and Equal opportunities
