BANK OF CHINA INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS is looking for employees for positions:
operations manager
Responsibility
- ensure implementation and embedding of head office security policies and requirements
- ensure reporting of any incidents to the executive management Committee and HO in line with the incident management policy
- engage regularly with external suppliers to ensure appropriate physical security standards are in place on a contractual and practical level
- compile agreed data metrics according to the scope of the role to produce Management information, for use in strategic decision making and highlighting KRI’s for improvements in security risk mitigation for the bank
- ensure that the operation and maintenance of security equipment at all sites is conducted in line with the Bank’s security standards
- engage and build relationships across the team and other Bank departments to identify opportunities for collaboration and sharing best practice, including staff training
Requirements
- experience of working in corporate facing facilities management or similar
- experience within Financial Services industry is advantageous
- good people management skills
- full awareness and understanding of current compliance regulatory requirements
- CAFM software experience, NEBOSH or IOSH Health & Safety qualification would be a plus
- excellent administration skills
- team player
- excellent organisation skills
