Responsibility

  • prepare meat such as duck, pork belly and charsiu for the service
  • keep the kitchen space tidy and clean
  • help chefs with some food preparation and get food to the service station upstairs
  • maintain the dishwashing station. Loading and unloading the dishwasher
  • perform light cleaning duties around the kitchen
  • ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, linens, and cleaning supplies
