Responsibility

  • develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website
  • you'll be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns and strategies that will take our brand to the next level
  • create and curate fun, quirky, and relevant content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • monitor and analyze social media performance and provide regular reports to the management team
  • engage with our followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and witty manner
  • collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives and goals
  • stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations
  • build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field
  • strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • excellent communication, writing, and editing skills with a sprinkle of humor
  • creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and entertaining content and campaigns
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions while having fun doing it
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team, bringing positive vibes along the way
  • strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
