- laminating complex assemblies using a variety of materials in a safe and timely manner
- templating components to assist the Kit Cutting department
- BAMD Composites are currently searching for an enthusiastic Composite Technician to join our expanding team, at our composite’s facility based at Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire in preparation of a premises expansion in 2022
- bagging a range of components
- BAMD pride themselves on the ability to deliver high quality composite components to a varied portfolio of customers within sectors such as automotive, motorsport, F1, electric vehicles, defence, furniture, sports, medical and marine
- occasional Breakout if required
Requirements
- previous experience within the composites manufacturing industry, specifically Laminating visual, non visual and structural components
- excellent communication skills
- the ability to "hit the ground running" and quickly integrate themselves into an already well established and friendly team
- the ability and want to personally develop and progress their skills
- good understanding of materials and the complete cycle of the manufacturing process
- A positive and dynamic “can do” attitude
- commercially aware attitude to completing jobs within allocated time frames
- show flexibility to adapt
