Responsibility
- team Leader in Oldham
- to lead and motivate your team
- to contribute to the Care Planning process of children cared for by the company
- to supervise your team in accordance with the Company’s supervision policies
- we are recruiting for a compassionate and experienced Childcare professional to work as Team Leader for a home that supports young people aged 11 - 17 years with emotional and behavioural needs in Oldham
- to be an active and positive member of the establishment’s management team
- the company is a small business whom has the care of young people embedded into the whole ethos of the organisation including their recruitment process
- to undertake delegated responsibilities allocated to you by your Registered Manager

Requirements
- minimum of 12 months recent experience working within a children's residential home
- full driving licence
- supervisory: 1 year
- ability to write clear and accurate reports
- must have a full UK driving licence
- an enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment
- must hold a Recognised Health and Social Care qualification Level 3 Children & Young People or Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent for children’s units only
