Responsibility

  • team Leader in Oldham
  • to lead and motivate your team
  • to contribute to the Care Planning process of children cared for by the company
  • to supervise your team in accordance with the Company’s supervision policies
  • we are recruiting for a compassionate and experienced Childcare professional to work as Team Leader for a home that supports young people aged 11 - 17 years with emotional and behavioural needs in Oldham
  • to be an active and positive member of the establishment’s management team
  • the company is a small business whom has the care of young people embedded into the whole ethos of the organisation including their recruitment process
  • to undertake delegated responsibilities allocated to you by your Registered Manager

Requirements

  • minimum of 12 months recent experience working within a children's residential home
  • full driving licence
  • supervisory: 1 year
  • ability to write clear and accurate reports
  • must have a full UK driving licence
  • an enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment
  • must hold a Recognised Health and Social Care qualification Level 3 Children & Young People or Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent for children’s units only
