Responsibility
- baltimore FM Ltd is looking for a PPM Engineer
- 2 Respond to Building Management System alarms, and effect emergency repairs as needed
- 3 Scope remedial work jobs confirming labour, materials, and operational information to Contract Supervisor to quote to client
- 4 Issue and ensure appropriate controls within the Permit to Work systems where applicable
- 5 Ensure that Evaporative Cooling Systems and domestic water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 standard
- 6 Ensure that suitable critical spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant and consumables stock are maintained
- 7 Ensure that comprehensive maintenance records are kept in both electronic PDA and site logbooks for completeness
- 1 Ensure that routine planned, and preventative maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements according to contract scope
