BALMAHA LODGES is looking for employees for positions:
- develop & manage the site to improve profitability & site sustainability
- ensuring that site presentation & buildings are maintained at high standards
- provide a front of house presence to deal with all guest enquiries
- management of on-site contractor's, cleaners and maintenance
- ordering of stock & consumable
- ensuring that all areas of the site are compliant with relevant legislation
- instructing reactive repairs
- provide out of hours contact to guests to resolve issues in relation to their stays
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
- cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in our 15 luxury lodges & apartments
- ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- restocking amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens
- reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly
- attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- previous housekeeping experience preferred but not essential
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- friendly and approachable demeanour
