Responsibility

  • we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team at The Frying Squad
  • prepare and maintain financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • assist in budget preparation and monitor spending to ensure adherence to the budget
  • as the Finance and Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations and administrative functions of our business
  • this position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for finance and strong organisational skills to contribute to the success and growth of our fish and chip shop
  • oversee daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • provide general assistance and support to the management team as required

Requirements

  • any relevant qualification in Finance/Accounting
  • proven experience in finance, accounting, or administration roles
  • proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite
  • payroll: 1 year
  • experience in using software such as: Lightyear or Quickbooks
  • business Administration: 1 year
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
