prepare and maintain financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
assist in budget preparation and monitor spending to ensure adherence to the budget
as the Finance and Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations and administrative functions of our business
this position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for finance and strong organisational skills to contribute to the success and growth of our fish and chip shop
oversee daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
provide general assistance and support to the management team as required

Requirements
any relevant qualification in Finance/Accounting
proven experience in finance, accounting, or administration roles
proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite
payroll: 1 year
experience in using software such as: Lightyear or Quickbooks
