Requirements
- proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter with a strong understanding of joinery techniques
- familiarity with masonry work is advantageous
- ability to plumb structures accurately for proper alignment
- proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade
- strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- capability to perform heavy lifting as part of the job requirements
- good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- A valid qualification or certification in carpentry or joinery is preferred but not essential
