Responsibility

  • we are currently looking for a new store manager for Ballucci Coffee Bar & Lounge in Isleworth
  • the ideal candidate will be someone who has had some experience in managing a small team
  • previous supervisors are welcome to apply for this role to gain valuable experience in a more managerial role
  • we currently have a team of 9 people at our Isleworth store with 2-3 staff per shift
  • you will be responsible for the daily running of the shop and ensure that all company procedures are being followed
  • we are looking for someone that is highly driven and motivated to lead the team
  • you will be working directly under the managing director together with the manager from our Hounslow branch
  • you will have a team of Supervisors and Baristas
