Working hours

Responsibility

  • liaise with Warehouse and Logistics staff, preparing transport quotations for onward communication
  • ensure customer/order records are complete with updated information regarding delivery issues, amendments, changes to customer requirements

  • other duties may be assigned
  • minimum level of education and experience required
  • respond to customer queries, questions on product use and suitability , availability of product, pricing, expected shipping dates and product shipment tracking
  • efficiently process email/telephone orders from customers, ensuring orders are entered into the system accurately and delivered complete and with the correct documentation for collection or customs clearance by freight forwarders
  • salary is negotiable depending on experience
