Responsibility

  • the ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or production environment
  • here at Balco-Global we manufacture speciality products for the mental health care sector to create comfortable and safe spaces for service users
  • you will need to be a quick learner with attention to detail
  • our products are produced using a variety of equipment and tools, these include high frequency fabric welders, sewing machines and other handheld tools
  • we are looking for someone who fits in with the values of our business and wants to grow with us
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our small but growing team of dedicated individuals
  • A practical test will be part of the interview process, this will be explained prior to interview
  • knowledge in the use of high frequency fabric welders and/or sewing machines would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided
