Earnings on positions in BAKER REIGN
BAKER REIGN is looking for employees for positions:
- at least 6-12 months experience handling personal injury cases
- handled a caseload of road traffic accident cases
- used Stages 1, 2 and 3 of the MOJ process and handle cases that have exited the relevant portals
- have some experience or knowledge of OIC Claims
- experience in running a litigated case load of Fast & Multi Track personal injury claims
- experience of dealing with Proclaim Case Management System
- must have at least 2 years litigation experience in dealing with personal injury claims
- qualification as a Solicitor is also desirable however, this will depend on each candidate
- knowledge of the claims process and CPR Rules
- deal with a MOJ caseload from inception to settlement
- experience in drafting Part 7 & 8 proceedings and Applications
- have a willingness to learn, develop and progress within the firm
