  • experience in running a litigated case load of Fast & Multi Track personal injury claims
  • experience of dealing with Proclaim Case Management System
  • must have at least 2 years litigation experience in dealing with personal injury claims
  • qualification as a Solicitor is also desirable however, this will depend on each candidate
  • knowledge of the claims process and CPR Rules
  • deal with a MOJ caseload from inception to settlement
  • experience in drafting Part 7 & 8 proceedings and Applications
  • have a willingness to learn, develop and progress within the firm
