Responsibility
- coding and entering of invoices
- assume responsibility for creditors of designated depots
- price checking and matching to goods received
- reconcile supplier statements to Company accounts and produce monthly Bac’s payments for those depots
- investigating and resolving queries
- liaise with suppliers in relation to disputed and overdue accounts via telephone and e-mail
- reconciliation of supplier statements
- evaluate urgent cases and initiate urgent payments when required
Requirements
- previous experience in a purchase ledger role
- sage 200 experience
- handling high volumes of daily transactions
- general office and reception duties
- flexible enough to cover for holiday leave etc. after relevant training
