Responsibility
- joinery/solidsurface fabrication of parts according to Work Instructions/DWGs/Product Packs/Parts Lists
- inspect First Offs with calibrated measuring devices to ensure compliance to specifications
- reducing amount of product non-conformances
- keep Injection Moulding machines operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
- maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rule sand regulations
- document actions by completing production and quality inspection forms
- understand the functions of MRP system
- contribute to team effort by accomplishing activities First Time Right
Requirements
- experience in a manufacturing environment where health and safety has been demonstrated
- ability to operate data capture on MRP manufacturing system
- ability to read Technical DWGs
- CSCS card
- experience in Quality Inspection of First Offs
- forklift Truck licence
- joinery: 5 years
- carpentry: 1 year
