Responsibility

  • the role will be based in Surrey for a reputable provider of Social Housing to cover a 12 month maternity leave
  • develop, implement, and oversee compliance strategies, policies, procedures, and management plans
  • baird and Co Recruitment, a specialist Social Housing recruitment firm, are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to work on an Assets and Building Contract for a Social Housing provider
  • lead, manage, and develop a small compliance team, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement
  • procure and manage contractors, ensuring adherence to contracts and the resolution of any issues or disputes
  • in a ever-changing Social Housing climate, the business are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated induvial to lead the compliance team whilst ensuring that residents are safe and legal and regulatory standards are met
  • as the Senior Compliance Officer you will be empowered and supported to make a real difference, giving direction and professional guidance with accountability for performance management and in supporting delivery of day to day services
  • assist with the development of and implementation of corporate Health and Safety policies and procedures
