Requirements

  • able to take responsibility and ownership
  • experience of BRC/ISO 9001 standards
  • experience of managing a QMS within a manufacturing environment
  • prior experience of Health & Safety would be beneficial
  • quality systems: 1 year

Responsibility

  • keep abreast of current regulations ensuring regulatory changes are reflected in the documentation and procedures comply with BRC/ISO standards
  • carry out safety inspections, fire tests and alarm drills
  • to maintain, audit and improve the quality management systems in order to ensure full compliance with company accreditation
  • approve and review suppliers
  • to ensure that all processes relevant for the QMS are documented
  • ensuring that the company and the employees comply with relevant health and safety regulations
