- no jewellery experience is needed and if you do have expertise within our trade please do get in touch as this role/salary is flexible depending on knowledge
- retail sales: 5 years
- we will be on hand to provide all the training and support needed initially and if successful, after a year there are Jewellery courses available
- please be aware the role requirements you to able to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs, ladders, lift boxes by bending down and computer literate
Responsibility
- you will be responsible for greeting clients in store, providing excellent standards of sales advice, handle customer enquiries, which could be a jewellery repair, order or bespoke remaking job
