delivery driver
Responsibility
- safely and efficiently operate an electric delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- load and unload products from the vehicle using manual labour
- follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
- ensure accuracy of deliveries by verifying items and quantities before leaving the bakery
- communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
- maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs
- adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

Requirements
- valid UK driver's license with a clean driving record
- previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading goods
- excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- basic knowledge of inventory management
