  • we are looking for an experienced chef with a positive attitude to join our friendly team at Baffled Coffee
  • stamina, confidence and organisation are key to excelling in this role
  • the pass is a front of house facing pass so you will, without exception, have to interact with customers
  • our motto is ‘Simple things done well.’ With fresh ingredients & a passion for food we produce some excellent plated food in a café environment, challenging the normal perception of coffee shops
  • the right person will be someone that is enthusiastic about food and service, who has worked with fresh food before in a fast-paced environment
  • you should be willing to learn and improve, be good at working as part of a team and on your own & able to demonstrate a good level of customer service
