Responsibility

  • this is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation based in Manchester City Centre as a Regional Engagement Manager
  • find, interview and recruit suitable candidates to join our pre-employment training programs, both face to face and by telephone
  • you will also be expected to identify and advise the BD team of suitable employment opportunities with your designated location
  • work with external agencies to promote our range of courses and identify the needs of the local communities and employers
  • main responsibilities
  • create timely and accurate reports regarding activity levels, candidate enquiries and progress against targets and KPIs
  • hit Departmental KPIs
  • support BDMs by generating regional and national employer vacancy leads
