Responsibility
- lead technical and business discovery, perform solution design, and create technical specifications to achieve business objectives
- develop software integrations between Babel products and customer environments
- perform data analysis to identify and recommend improvements in the use of Babel Street products
- analyze and optimize performance of Babel products’s integration at customer sites
- deliver technical training to partners and potential end users
- be responsible for the overall technical success of customers using Babel Street software
- work with Sales and Sales Engineering teams to meet revenue goals
- work to establish yourself as an expert in Babel Street products
Requirements
- A broad technical background with strong understanding of internet application architectures, containerization, and data processing
- excellent presentation, written communication, and customer relationship skills - especially when discussing technical issues with diverse audiences
- active UK SC security clearance
- willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time

- 5+ years customer-facing experience in a high tech company analyzing and solving customer problems
- experience in linguistics, natural language processing, information retrieval or related field is required. Experience with Elasticsearch or Solr is a plus
