Requirements
- A proven track record of leading/running multiple technical projects simultaneously within Infrastructure, SaaS/ Cloud environment and security
- you are an experienced project manager with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, resources and respond rapidly to changes
- technical background and understanding of cloud platforms e.g. AWS/Azure, Security platforms, Infrastructure, and virtualisation
- security and Technical background with the ability to tailor conversations to your audience
- significant depth and breadth of experience in agreeing project scope, plans, deliverables, dependencies, and commercial terms with customers
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- you can think ahead, work under pressure and have a proactive approach for problem solving
- strong decision-making skills including the ability to balance conflicting interest
Responsibility
- develop and maintain all project documentation in line with internal processes and best practice
- regularly review project plans to monitor progress, reporting any variances and making recommendations to resolve these
- build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external business stakeholders to ensure that service delivery meets expectations
- manage internal and external delivery resources, ensuring they are clear about their responsibilities, deliverables, and acceptance criteria, in line with the agreed plan
- meet or exceed client satisfaction NPS targets through the successful delivery of opportunities
- direct, lead and assure all project deliverables are in line with the required parameters of cost, time, and quality. Applying the appropriate control of delivery activities and to meet customer requirements
- providing stakeholders, internal and external, with appropriate reporting
- ensure the successful delivery of projects from beginning to end, through developing and managing processes which monitor progress and enable timely identification of variances to plan
