  • ensure cleanliness of workstation during all tasks
  • to ensure kitchen cleanliness is maintained to a high standard
  • report any equipment breakages or malfunctions to a supervisor
  • start to develop a basic understanding of food costs
  • to observe all security, hygiene, and health & Safety protocols
