Requirements

  • experience of working in a B2B supply chain or financial environment
  • understanding of supply chain and business processes within a service delivery environment
  • degree qualified
  • conceptual strategic person with analytical and problem solving strengths
  • able to work in both a technical and Marketing/Sales driven environment
  • combination of excellent teamwork and independent working skills
  • 8 – 10+ years of experience in Product management/marketing with IT services/software industry experience highly regarded
  • excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

Responsibility

  • support Pre-sales and Sales personnel in key prospect/customer product demos where appropriate or required
  • contribute, manage and drive new product development initiatives based on the plans
  • monitoring competitor activity and provide reports to the Management and Board to this effect for the defined products
  • provide periodic KPI based reports and have periodic overall reviews with the Management team
  • providing input to the sales and marketing team for assessing client needs and product demand and determining brand positioning and product positioning
  • ensure orientations and on-the-job training for all staff are completed, either directly or by Team Leads
  • to monitor competitor activity and provide reporting to Management and Sales teams
  • investigate and propose new products or functionality against business and marketing plans
