Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- financials and supplier management
- manage all supplier contracts, negotiations and relationships
- manage the annual events budget, and the individual event budgets, and assist with its development/creation
- work with the Finance Director on post-event commercial reviews, providing analysis on what worked well, versus what could be improved
- collaborate with the CEO, Finance Director, Senior producer, Heads of Marketing and Sales to align event plans to sponsorship and delegate targets
- collaborate with Revenue operations manager to maintain a technology stack to meet event ops needs
- manage and brief signage services and work with our in-house designer to produce artwork for all events
- collaborate with Marketing and Sales to manage delegates before, during and after each event
Requirements
- min 1 year corporate event operations management experience
- preferable, experience inputting and developing event strategies
- experience working in a multidisciplinary team
- experience in working with customers to understand pain points, jobs to be done and translating these into product strategy
- experience in managing internal teams as well as third party stakeholders to ensure high performance and consistently quality output
- ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple competing tasks and demands
- excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to address issues with tact and diplomacy with internal and external stakeholders
- self-starter with a strong work ethic which demonstrates an appreciation for punctuality, reliability, and a desire to achieve results
