demonstrable experience in providing domiciliary/home care services
must be able to demonstrate successful experience of providing exceptional care
experience in using patient care monitoring and tracking computer packages
experience in managing relationships in challenging environments
an understanding of the regulations and requirements needed to maintain an excellent CQC rating
UK Driving License
Responsibility
assist Senior Management in all operational aspects concerning the running and growing of the business
assist Senior Management in implementing all departmental policies and procedures and in carrying out tasks related to budgets, Health and Safety, staff supervision, training and appraisal, and recruitment of care staff
oversee the recruitment of care staff, including interviewing and hiring new staff members, and ensure that all new hires are trained to the highest standard
liaise with Social service personnel and other outside agencies in relation to current or prospective Service users, and to convene and/or participate in case conferences, design care plans and rehabilitative programs as required
assess and supervise the assessment of client need, and ensure that an appropriate level of care is provided through sensitive care practices, designed to preserve individuality and maximize independence
ensure care plans and risk assessments are up to date, and that the service provided is of the highest possible quality within available resources and adheres to the policies of the Care Quality Commission
