Responsibility

  • support the Engagement Lead in developing an engaging and meaningful activity programme
  • promote a whole team approach to Engagement and Wellbeing; planning within the B&M activity framework
  • B&M Care is a private residential and specialist dementia care provider that operates a 26-care home portfolio in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Northamptonshire
  • underpinned by the group’s aspirational model of care – ‘Rose Model of Dementia Care’ – B&M Care has established a benchmark standard for delivering exceptional care that reflects the everyday rhythms of life
  • consult with the Engagement Lead on any plans and in particular to request any additional resources that may be required
  • B&M Care is dedicated to perfecting its level of care through continual innovation, the highest standards of person-centred practice and you – the future of B&M Care
  • provide support and companionship during activities
  • the Lodge Care Home, part of the B&M Care Group in Hemel Hempstead, are looking for an Activities Organiser who will support the Engagement Lead to enhance the residents’ quality of life through a lifestyle programme and framework that stimulates meaningful engagement and will positively impact wellbeing in the home

Requirements
