Requirements

  • experience sourcing candidates in international markets, including UK, Asia, Oceania, US regions
  • possess a sound knowledge of market trends and insights, be passionate about recruitment and ensuring outstanding candidate experience
  • demonstrable up-to-date working knowledge of current employment legislation, policies, practices and procedures and the impact on best recruitment and induction practices
  • proven and successful track record of recruiting top talent through direct sourcing and developing candidate attraction plans and talent pools within a difficult candidate market across several sourcing channels
  • be an excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage and influence partners and employees
  • excellent skills in building relationships and developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders
  • proven record of being responsive and innovative
  • have a good working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems as well as a sound understanding of overseeing and running multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
