Responsibility
- you will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure each area of the business is compliant with CQC requirements
- conduct regular audits to assess performance, maintain compliance and identify ways of improvement
- maintain and manage compliance records and manage and oversee the key areas of CQC compliance
- support business address any concerns with a view of improving service user experience and service delivery
- to support senior leads to ensure monitoring systems are used effectively
- to report any concerns, complaints or safeguarding alerts to the Registered Manager immediately
- ensure compliance with our policies and procedures and implement new and revised policies and procedures when required
- ensure all policies are updated in accordance with any changes in legislation or guidance
