Responsibility

  • finance experience is essential and knowledge of Xero accounting system would be advantageous, however full training will be given
  • we are looking to appoint a reliable, flexible, and well-motivated Finance and Administration assistant with an outgoing personality and good sense of humour to join our well-established family construction business
  • the role is intended to be full time, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday however, a part time contract could be considered for the right person
  • the main duty of the role is to support the Office Manager in all aspects of both sales & purchase ledger as well as other administrative, clerical and reception duties
