electrical estimator

Responsibility
- due to continued growth and an increase in enquiries we require an experienced electrical estimator to join our team
- we have a small, friendly office team, located in the countryside between Salisbury and Winchester
- control and organise tender documentation
- BF Keane Electrical Contractors Ltd was established in 1991 and provides commercial and industrial electrical services, within the private and public sectors, throughout the south east of England
- you will support the business in client meetings and estimation / tender presentations to help secure tendered opportunities
- the successful applicant will work alongside the Managing Director to help secure future commercial and industrial installation contracts valued between £5k & £500k
- obtain competitive and accurate quotations from electrical specialists
- we are looking for a self-motivated, professional individual to work closely with our clients and produce tender submissions for varying sized projects
Requirements
- experienced estimator with a minimum of three years’ estimating experience, ideally using a relevant software package
- A sound technical knowledge of electrical systems and schematics
- strong maths and analytical skills
- full UK driving license
- strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with all company and client staff, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
