Responsibility
- respond promptly to all e-mails and calls from clients
- arrange regular meetings with clients
- review cleaning standards through regular inspections
- arrange one-off cleans and deep cleans with clients and check if they were satisfied afterwards
- proactively visit sites during the cleaning shift spot checking for cleaning standards, staff attendance, uniform, etc
- ensure cleaning personnel are completing their duties and that Health and Safety is being followed on site
- check timesheets submitted for wages are a correct and accurate version of what has occurred on site during the month
- liaise with Managers and Supervisors on a daily basis and build strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors and cleaning team members
