- ensure that customer enquiries are handled a timely and professional fashion
- provide costing information in line with company guidelines
- produce quotations in a uniform and professional manner
- all estimates, and quotations are to be produced using the company's bespoke software estimating system
- to foster and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers by regular formal and informal contacts and visits
- to contribute to a smooth and successful Sales to Contracts handover process including the provision of clear costing and technical information
- maintain correct paper and paperless records for Contracts ensuring that correspondence is accessible at the earliest opportunity
- ensure that all company procedures are being adhered to by all members of the team
