  • develop and implement budgets for the restaurant and bar operations
  • ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Street Food, Music and Cocktail Bar Manager or similar role
  • proven experience as a Hotel Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to manage a team effectively
  • knowledge of food and beverage service
  • knowledge of inventory control
  • knowledge of budgeting
