Working hours

Responsibility
- this position involves delivering support to young vulnerable 16-21 year olds within our 24/7 semi-independent accommodation
- the support will be based around a living package of structured key work sessions to support young people to gain independent living skills
- these sessions will support their transition into adulthood, develop the young people’s aspirations, ambitions, health, education, relationships, self-confidence, self-worth, life skills, employment skills, perception, attitude and social skills
- pathway plan and outcome star to be updated on a monthly basis, and ensure your team has done the same
- to ensure risk assessments are updated weekly
- to assist residents to manage and maximise their finances effectively, this includes managing their subsistence as well as their subsistence plans
