Responsibility
- oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, customer service, staff management, audits, recruitment, events
- ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to customers
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- train and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
Requirements
- proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- exceptional problem-solving abilities
