Requirements

- at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- prior experience as a MSP sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
- 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- great communication skills, founded in being a good listener
- strong communication skills via phone and email
- has a natural aptitude for dealing with people
- proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Responsibility
- utilize Pipedrive, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- identify the prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps
- build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
- proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- set up meetings or calls between customers and sales executives
