Responsibility

  • manage our directors personal diary and assist with general tasks
  • be the face of the front of house within the clinic, being the first point of call for all patients
  • social media management and social media post designer
  • content creator for social media
  • oversee the daily operations of the aesthetics clinic
  • manage the work diary's, patient appointments and enquiries
  • ensure efficient stock management and stock take for the easy running of the clinic
  • develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • previous experience as a PA or admin experience desirable but not essential
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in computer systems
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
