- inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards
- follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- previous experience as a fabricator/welder is essential
- previous experience as a fabricator or welder is essential
- knowledge of mathematics for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- mechanical knowledge to understand how different components fit together
- ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- proficient in using welding equipment and various hand and power tools
- strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions for extended periods of time
