Responsibility

  • develop, maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and work hours
  • lead and deliver projects and products that exceed client expectations within the project budget
  • facilitating sprint ceremonies
  • plan, execute, manage, and deliver large projects from strategy and design to implementation
  • run daily standups
  • manage and facilitate stakeholder meetings and project deadlines
  • provide detailed reporting at the end of Sprints
  • create a project management calendar for fulfilling each project goal and objective

Requirements

  • bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, or a related field of study
  • experience working in the different stages of the SDLC
  • comfort with navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving client needs
  • ability to quickly learn new technical concepts with minimal guidance
  • manage and mentor team members
  • experience working with Agile teams and familiar with Agile methodologies
  • preferred Skills and Experience
  • PMP certification
