Responsibility
- you will provide expert technical assistance and support to our technical team and other areas of the business as needed
- this role may also include designing, implementing, and testing complex Microsoft infrastructure in support of our customer needs
- deployment of Anti-Virus solutions
- maintains and assist with backup and recovery
- provide application support to customers
- coordinate replacement of failed IT equipment, servers and storage hardware
- monitor infrastructure performance and tune components to maximize resource utilization
- assists customers with second and third level support of client devices and applications
Requirements
- two-year associate degree or equivalent industry training/experience
- five years systems engineering or systems analyst experience in an enterprise environment
- demonstrated ability to work in a complex hybrid Microsoft environment
- ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- commercial knowledge of Dell / HP servers and storage
- willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required to complete projects
- ability to lift, carry, install items such as network switches, servers and small racks
- microsoft Windows 7 – 11 systems support
