- third-level qualification
- educated to 'A' level or equivalent
- previous experience in a healthcare recruitment role
- demonstrate the ability to work as an effective team member, adopting a collaborative approach to the achievement of team objectives
- good communication both verbal and written
- candidates must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to self development
- good organisational and time management skills
Responsibility
- the successful candidate will work within a high performing team and build relationships with business clients and healthcare professionals across the healthcare sector, understanding and matching their needs and providing a quality service
- to perform any other reasonable duties from time to time as requested by management
- to assist in administrative duties
- to assist with ad-hoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required
- adhere to strict compliance guidelines
